Требования к предоставлению документов к торговой процедуре:
При подаче предложения к торговой процедуре участник торгов предоставляет и прикрепляет следующий пакет документов:
1) коммерческое предложение;
2) пакет документов по компании для участия в торговой процедуре;
3) документы качества (письма о дистрибьюторстве, сертификаты соответствия, декларации о соответствии, паспорта качества, и др.).
Требования к документам:
1. Коммерческое предложение к торговой процедуре подается по типовой форме, приложенной к настоящей торговой процедуре. Коммерческое предложение должно быть оформлено должным образом и подкреплено:
- представлено на фирменном бланке компании;
- табличная и текстовая часть должны быть полностью заполнены;
- предоставлено за подписью уполномоченного представителя и компании и печатью;
- сканированная копия должны быть предоставлена в формате *.pdf, информация в файле должна быть читаемой. |
