Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Application to participate in the trading process on the TP B2b-Center must be submitted indicating the rate in rubles, thus, necessarily putting quotation indicating the rate of the form of Appendix 1.2.
Commercial proposal form is provided in Attachment 1,2 to this commercial request. Applications submitted to the TP B2B-Center without quotation, according to the form (Annex 1.2), taken into account will not.
