Comments: Basic requirements for the Buyer:
1. Readiness to carry out waste removal within 1 day from the date of submission of the application.
2. Readiness to provide, if necessary, two or more vehicles for the collection and transportation of waste (scrap truck).
1. The buyer must have a state license for the disposal and processing of ferrous and non-ferrous metal waste with the specified FKKO codes.
2. The applicant confirms that the waste is taken into ownership.
3. At the conclusion of the contract, the Buyer agrees with the requirements for OT, PB AND OOS. The requirements for OT, PB and OOS are attached in the section "Documentation for the trading procedure".
Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
