2. The applicant confirms that the waste is taken into ownership.
3. Upon conclusion of the contract, the Buyer agrees with the requirements under OT, PB AND OOS. Requirements for OT, PB and GS are attached in the section "Documentation to the trade procedure".
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF.
