3. Checking the Technical Proposal taking into account the parameters in the Terms of Reference
4. Security Service Audit
Stage 2. RFQ in electronic form on the B2B E-Marketplace, taking into account the results of Stage 1.
Stage 3. In-person / in absentia meeting of the procurement commission of SOT JSC with / without inviting participants or REARING at the site with participants who have passed the audit of the security service and the qualification audit of the Customer.
