This procedure is launched due to the failed auction № 2652122 from 13.05.2021.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS:

1) In this lot there is the first part of the complex purchase consisting of 37 devices. Bidding for the remaining positions will take place after choosing the manufacturer for this lot.
2) Working design documentation is provided by the Customer after the conclusion of the delivery contract.
3) The manufacture of devices in the lot implies full equipment by the supplier's forces (including heat exchange pipes).
4) The supplier must ensure the safety of all equipment until the moment of manufacture and acceptance by the customer of the last device in the lot.
5) The manufacture of devices must be carried out according to the attached schedule. The sequence of manufacture is determinative, dates are indicative and subject to agreement. Early delivery only by agreement of the parties.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
