Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided. Payment for the services rendered to the Contractor is made by the Customer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Certificate of acceptance of the work performed.

:		В стоимость услуг, должны быть включены все возможные затраты Претендента: оборудование, инвентарь, расходные материалы (чистящие, моющие материалы), з/п сотрудникам (ФОТ), спецодежда и прочие возможные расходы связанные с оказанием услуг, в т.ч. налоги, уплаченные или подлежащие уплате и другие обязательные платежи.
Оказание услуг должно быть не прерывным в течение всего срока действия договора.
Применение только специализированной уборочной техники для влажной и сухой уборки, оборудования и инвентаря;
Применение только профессиональных химических средств не имеющих резкого запаха.
