Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. График работы – 5 дней в неделю с 08-00 до 17-00 ч. (в случае необходимости до 21-00 ч.)
В случае работы отдельных цехов в выходные и праздничные дни, график работы продлевается на субботу, воскресенье и праздничные дни на основании заявки Заказчика, которая должна быть подана за три рабочих дня до даты исполнения.
