Comments:
1. Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are allowed to participate in the procedures for the selection of proposals of participants in the procurement of works and services for the needs of the Company, subject to mandatory submission to the competitive procedures of the following documents
confirming the availability of technical and labor resources necessary for high-quality and timely fulfillment
of obligations for the volumes of works (services) declared for procurement.
2. In order to confirm the availability of the applicant for participation in the procedure of labor resources
necessary to fulfill obligations under the concluded contract, the counterparty
provides information on the average number of employees for the previous calendar year (form CND 1110018, approved by Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated 29.03.2007 No. MM-3-25/174@ with a Receipt for the receipt of the "tax return (calculation) in electronic form (form KND 1166002).
If the Information on the average number of employees does not confirm the amount of labor resources required by the counterparty to fulfill obligations under the concluded contract, the counterparty additionally provides a Calculation of the amounts of personal income tax calculated and withheld by the tax agent (Form 6-Personal income tax) for the last reporting period (quarter) (title page (p. 001} and Section 1 "Generalized indicators") with a receipt for the receipt of a tax return (calculation) in electronic form (form CND 1166002) and contracts of a civil nature (if available, selectively) (copies certified by the counterparty).
3. In order to confirm the availability of the applicant for participation in the procedure of technical resources necessary for the fulfillment of obligations under the concluded contract, documents confirming the ownership, lease (leasing) of the necessary technical means (vehicles, machinery, equipment, tools, etc.) are provided. If there are requirements for mandatory certification of technological equipment and inventory used when performing works (rendering services), documents confirming certification in the Russian Federation must be attached.
4. If the contract provides for the regular performance of works (rendering of services) for more than 1 month, the counterparty provides Notifications on the registration of a Russian organization with a tax authority in the territory of the Russian Federation (Form No. 1 -Z-Accounting) at the location of the Company's divisions for whose needs the Company purchases works (services).
5. If the counterparty engages third parties (subcontractors, co-executors, etc.) to perform works (provide services) under the contract, the documents provided for in paragraphs 1-4 of this section with disclosure of information about the subcontractor, co-executor (name, OGRN, TIN, etc.) are submitted in full to the tender procedure in respect of these third parties. a copy of the subcontracting agreement). |
