Auto-extension

Payment terms:
By agreement of the parties to the contract. Advance payment is not provided. Payment for the services rendered to the Contractor is made by the Customer on the terms of a deferred payment within (mainly) 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Certificate of acceptance of the work performed.
Delivery terms:
Provision of services on the territory of the customer, at the addresses of the location of the Service locomotive depots (indicated in the Appendix).
Quantity, volume according to Appendix "Calculation and frequency of cleaning"
Service provision period:
from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022
The provision of services must be continuous throughout the entire term of the contract.
Services must be provided with high quality in full according to the appendices. The use of only specialized cleaning equipment for wet and dry cleaning, equipment and inventory;
Use only professional chemicals that do not have a strong odor.

Comments: 1. Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are allowed to participate in the procedures for the selection of proposals from participants in the procurement of works and services for the needs of the Company, subject to the mandatory submission of the following documents to the tender procedures,
confirming the availability of the necessary for high-quality and timely execution
obligations of technical and labor resources for the amount of work (services) declared to
procurement;
2. To confirm that the applicant for participation in the labor force procedure,
necessary for the fulfillment of obligations under the concluded agreement, the counterparty
information is provided on the average number of employees for the previous calendar year (form KND 1110018, approved by order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated March 29, 2007 No. MM-3-25 / 174 @ with a receipt for the "tax return (calculation) in electronic form (form KND 1166002) ...
If the Information on the average number of employees does not confirm the amount of labor resources required by the counterparty to fulfill the obligations under the concluded agreement, the counterparty additionally provides the Calculation of the amounts of personal income tax calculated and withheld by the tax agent (form 6-NDFL) for the last reporting period (quarter) (title page (p. 001} and Section 1 "Generalized Indicators") with a receipt for the receipt of a tax declaration (calculation) in electronic form (form KND 1166002) and civil contracts (if any, selectively) (copies certified by the counterparty).
3. To confirm that the applicant for participation in the procedure has the technical resources necessary to fulfill the obligations under the concluded agreement, documents are provided confirming the ownership, lease (leasing) of the necessary technical means (vehicles, machines, equipment, tools, etc.) ... If there are requirements for mandatory certification of technological equipment and inventory used in the performance of work (provision of services), documents confirming certification in the Russian Federation must be attached. 4. If the contract provides for regular performance of work (provision of services) for more than 1 month, the counterparty shall provide Notifications of registration of a Russian organization with a tax authority in the Russian Federation (form No. 1-З-Accounting) at the location of the Company's divisions, for the needs of which the Company works (services) are purchased.
5. If the counterparty attracts third parties (subcontractors, co-executors, etc.) for the tender procedure for the performance of work (provision of services) under the contract, the documents specified in clauses 1 - 4 of this section shall be submitted in full in relation to these third parties with the disclosure of information about the subcontractor, co-executor (name, OGRN, TIN, copy of the subcontract agreement).
