Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
are billed at a rate of 100% of the price of the contract within 10 (ten) banking days after delivery and signing merchandise invoice or universal gear document (UPD) based on the account of the provider.
Allowed form of payment with deposit, subject to the provision of security for performance of obligations under the agreement in the form of an irrevocable bank guarantee refund (provided with the signed contract).
Advance payment of 30% of the amount of the contract within 10 (ten) banking days after the signing of the contract and the receipt of Buyer accounts issued by the provider.
Final payment in the amount of 70% of the amount of the contract within 10 (ten) banking days after the signing Parties call tag when there are account-invoice or UPD.
Delivery terms:
