Mandatory conditions for participants:
1. Acceptance of the terms of payment: 100% post-payment with a delay of 60 (sixty) calendar days
2. Acceptance of the terms of delivery: delivery by the spacecraft to any network object within the subject of the Russian Federation
3. Consent to the price fixing period from 15.06.2021 to 31.12.2021
4. Specify the delivery time of the equipment (kiosk assembly) to the network object within the subject of the Russian Federation from the moment of making the order
5. Specify the period of production of the equipment (kiosk assembly) from the moment of placing the order by the Customer
6. Consent to sign the standard form of the equipment supply contract in the editorial office of JSC "Tander" without a protocol of disagreements
7. Specify the production capacity per month (specify the capacity in pcs per month)
8. Specify the period of existence of the company, attach an extract of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (at least 1 year)
9. Consent to provide the CA with a report on the financial results for the past reporting year
10. The agreement of the spacecraft to start deliveries from 15.06.2021
11. Confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms of Appendix No. 7 and the instructions
12. Consent to maintain the prices submitted by the SC in case of reduction/division of the total purchased volume between the bidders
13. Provision of a product warranty in accordance with the terms of reference in force at the time of the competition
14. Confirm the availability of a warehouse, for the possibility of storing equipment
