Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the services rendered (for each stage of the calendar plan) is made by the Customer upon the fact of their provision on the basis of the act of delivery - acceptance of the services provided, signed by both parties, and the invoice of the Contractor (subject to compliance with the requirements for their design established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract) - within 15 working days from the date of signing by both parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
