Auto-extension

Payment terms:

Delivery terms:
Artist provides services based on graphics and the applications of the customer, containing the list of necessary services and other essential conditions.
Execution of work the quality according to the customer's requirements. The executor should provide the customer with quality guarantee for consumables used and executed works (services) for a period of 1 year (warranty period) from the date of signing of the Act of the executed works (services rendered).

Comments: Party request for proposals must provide:
1. Commercial offer, stamped and signed by an authorized representative of the party.
Annex No. 1 to the commercial offer in Excel format.
The participant has to complete form-Form KP in case of filling Party own form should reflect all the information and the information specified in the form.
2. Profile-company information.
3. Information about the experiences concerning the execution of works, rendering services. Participants should have experience in performing works of equivalent subject tender at least 20 objects and fill in the appropriate form.
4. Consent to the processing and transfer of your personal data (to be completed by the head of the party, passport copy of which is available as part of an offer).
5. Letters from customers (at least 3 letters indicating the contact persons and for data communication).
6. Certificate of State registration;
7. Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
8. Decision (Protocol) on the establishment, Foundation Agreement (if any);
9. In the current edition of the Charter and all changes thereto (if any);
10. Document confirming the authority of the head of the party;
11. Passport of the leader of the party;
12. Document confirming the authority of the person who signed the application for participation;
13. Information about the average number of employees for the previous calendar year (CPV form 1110018) with a copy of the notification of delivery reports;
14. Certificate from tax authority about absence of arrears received not later than 30 (thirty) days before the date of grant.
15. Notice on the application of a party to the simplified system of taxation (if applicable).
16. Balance sheet for the preceding calendar year.
Documents in terms of their design and content must conform to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Documents, including the texts of seals in foreign languages must be presented to the Russian sealed (if available) and signed by the Party or by his authorized representative.
Documents are provided in the copies certified by signature and stamp (if available).
This procedure the request for proposals is not a competition, it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
