Расчеты по Договору производятся путем перечисления Заказчиком на расчетный счет Исполнителя денежных средств за фактически выполненные Работы, согласно расчету договорной стоимости услуг (Приложение №1 к настоящему Договору) не менее 60 не более 90 календарных дней с момента подписания акта о приемке выполненных работ и предоставления Исполнителем счетов и счетов-фактур. По соглашению сторон оплата может производиться любым способом, не запрещенным действующим законодательством.
