Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:

Payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days
Confirm fixing the cost in rubles
Provide a commercial offer in accordance with the terms of reference
The validity period of the Commercial Proposal is 60 calendar days
Confirm that the cost is "turnkey" and includes all expenses
Confirm the fixing of prices for maintenance and maintenance for one calendar year from the date of conclusion of the contract
Confirm the readiness of the work according to the Customer's schedule in accordance with the Requirements Specification
Specify the warranty period for the work performed
Availability of a license of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for all lists of works, provide a scan. copy
The company's existence on the market for at least 1 year, provide a scan with a Commercial Proposal. copy of the Unified State Register
Confirm the possibility of responding to malfunctions of fire protection systems (arrival of specialists) within no more than 3 hours from the moment of detection and notification to the Contractor
Availability of valid qualification certificates and training in electrical safety not lower than III gr. from technicians and IV gr. from ITR, provide a scan with Commercial Proposals. copies of identity cards
Confirm the possibility of signing the contract in the EDI (electronic document management), specify the provider
Provide an extract from the legal entity assessment service

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
