Ranking of bids

Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.

Alternative proposals can be submitted for several analog models that meet the requirements of the statement of work.

It is necessary to provide an official letter on the implementation of paragraph 6.3 and describe in it the procedure for transferring licenses / keys, if they are supplied with equipment.

Price fixing without reference to the purchase volume.
IMPORTANT! Equipment that has successfully passed testing on the territory of the customer is allowed to purchase.
In parallel with the request for proposals, devices are tested, therefore, when choosing a winner, all proposals that will be successfully tested will be taken into account (at the time of the decision).
When submitting a proposal, it is mandatory to apply detailed technical specifications (IMPORTANT! Without a TTX proposal is not considered).
The ability to change the volume by plus / minus 30% according to the specifications.
Delivery will be carried out in batches of 1-2 orders per month throughout 2020.
