As part of the commercial proposal, you must provide an official letter:
1) on agreement to sign a standard form of the contract (without a protocol of disagreements) for service (in the attachment);
2) on consent to sign a standard contract form (without a protocol of disagreements) and to work through EDF (instructions are attached) (in the attachment)
3) on the implementation of clause TK 3.1.1 and describe in it the procedure for transferring licenses / keys, if they are supplied with equipment
