3. Provision of warranty obligations in accordance with the specified standard operating time (see attached file);
4. Validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal and price fixing: until 30.09.2024;
5. Required delivery time and quantity: specify the minimum possible delivery time for each item in calendar days, (the quantity may vary in +/- according to the actual bids of the plant during 2024 at the time of the specification);
