Comments:
By submitting an offer within the framework of this tender, Bidders automatically accept all the conditions of APH Miratorg.

Bidders cannot refuse to supply items for which they have been given offers as part of the tender or raise the price after submitting the offer. In case of refusal of delivery or price increase, Bidders will be included in the "black list" of companies.

In this tender, APH "Miratorg" will take into account the prices of Bidders without VAT! But deliveries will be with actual VAT.

The price must be provided in Russian Rubles, taking into account delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. The price must be fixed for the entire delivery volume based on the results of the tender.

The volume of Call for Bidding within the framework of the tender is indicative. Deviation is possible.
