Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
100% payment is made by bank transfer by transferring funds to the supplier’s bank account within 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods in full to the Buyer's warehouse (signing by the Buyer of a uniform waybill / universal transfer document / acceptance certificate), provided its proper quality and proper completeness and the provision by the Supplier of all necessary documents under the Agreement.
In accordance with the changes introduced by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 18, 2019 No. 1205 from 01.01.2020. if the procurement participant is a SME subject, then payment for the delivered products is made within 15 business days.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
