5. Certificate of an official dealer or partner of the manufacturer.
6. A certificate on the status of payments for taxes and fees, dated no more than 30 days before the date of submission.

8. A power of attorney or a decision of the founders, for the head, for the right to sign.
9. Accounting statements for the last reporting period.
10. A commercial offer with a signature and seal (in the appendix).
11. The Participant's questionnaire (in the appendix).

This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
