Delivery terms:
The cost of delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Perm is included in the cost of production.

Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list at the same time as the proposal is submitted and their file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.

3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. The presence of certificates, quality certificates and labeling upon shipment is required
