Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The minimum price of 60 million rubles is valid for a one-time payment. The deposit for participation in the procedure of 6 million rubles is transferred on the basis of a deposit agreement. The following installment options are available:
1) 40%, including deposit, within 10 working days from the date of signing the DCT, 40% within 20 working days from the date of signing the DCT, but before the removal of the bottling line, 20% after the completion of commissioning, but not more than 6 months from the date of conclusion of the PrEP. In this case, the minimum lot price will be 63 million rubles.
2) 40%, including deposit, within 10 working days from the date of signing the DCT, 20% within 20 working days from the date of signing the DCT, but before the removal of the bottling line, 40% after the completion of commissioning, but not more than 6 months from the date of conclusion of the PrEP. In this case, the minimum lot price will be 70 million rubles.
The deposit is refunded in accordance with the terms of the deposit agreement.
Location and terms of delivery:The filling line is installed, connected to the power grid and is located in the city. Vsevolozhsk. Dismantling and removal are carried out by and at the expense of the buyer within 60 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the DCT.
