technical and commercial proposal for the supply of equipment shall contain the following information: -Electrical single line indicating the types of vehicles and equipment;-Specification equipment offered for delivery;-technical characteristics of the proposed equipment, taking into account all of the source data and requirements;-overall dimensions and weight of the equipment;-Layout drawings;-the amount of necessary spare parts for equipment operation during the first year;-the cost of the proposed equipment;-delivery time of equipment and documentation;-if necessary, additional options and features.

* this procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CIVIL CODE; this procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE; thus, the procedure for requesting proposals will not impose on the customer adequate civil legal liabilities.
