Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of the relevant consignment of goods no later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding consignment of goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without comment), and the provision of an invoice
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, at the specified details. The date of delivery of the respective products consignment, is the date of transfer of the entire products consignment by the Supplier to the Buyer at the Supplier's warehouse. Packing of cargo entering the container must ensure the safety of the cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

Product requirements:
- Products must comply with TK;
- Products shall be new, unused;
- Products must have certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality;

Documentation Requirements:
- Be sure to fill out and submit the form (pdf excel) "Proposal map";
- It is mandatory to provide a commercial proposal on the company's official letterhead: indicate the price without VAT, the manufacturer of the product, the production time, warranty periods, delivery time to the supplier’s warehouse (with a separate indication of the delivery cost without VAT), overall weight and weight characteristics of the cargo, point of departure (indicating the quantity and type of PS), supplier contact information;
- It is mandatory to provide detailed technical specifications for the proposed equipment;

This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
