1) Mandatory upload official TAP on company letterhead: You must specify the price with VAT, manufacturer of products, manufacturing, warranty periods, time of delivery to the warehouse of the supplier (with separate indication of delivery cost with VAT), overall weights of cargo departure point (indicating the number and type of PS) and all the contact information about the provider;
2) Mandatory loading schemes, layout concept with dimensions and specifications of components;
3) Mandatory loading certificate dealer or official representative;
4) Mandatory loading certificate of conformity GOST r or declaration of conformity, as well as on the application of the Rtn Permit or an exemption letter from Rtn.
5) goods must strictly comply with the oprosnomu worksheet (attached to this request-proposal).
6) Criteria for selection of the best offer: quality, delivery time, price, terms of payment, work experience;

This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE;
