Mandatory requirements for the qualification of KTP collectors:
1) Availability of partnership or existing agreements with the main vendors used in the project;
2) Technical proposal strictly according to the Requirements Specification;
3) Availability of own engineering staff and installers.
4) Availability of own or rented space for assembly.
5) A reference list for similar works.
6) Provide copies of documents in accordance with Appendix 4.
