Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension

Mandatory conditions for participants:
1. Payment terms - 100% deferral 60 calendar days
2. Low-temperature chambers (100 mm) are equipped (included in the price) PEN 4600 mm for rail door heating and a pressure equalization valve.
3. Specify the exact address of the shipping warehouse
4. Warranty 60 months
5. Possibility of organizing the delivery of equipment to the facilities of JSC "Tander" by the supplier at the expense of the Buyer.
6. Mandatory filling of the XK specification
7. Specify the time when the equipment is ready for shipment from the Supplier's warehouse after placing an order, (calendar days)
8. Fixing the cost until 12/31/2021.

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
