This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or request for tenders, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to choose the supplier.

At the conclusion of the contract, the following documents must be provided:
- Charter (as amended),
- Certificate of state registration of a legal entity or Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of a legal entity registered before July 1, 2002,
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority,
Power of attorney (if the signatory is not the head of the legal entity)
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
