TKP is attached in 2 versions: on the letterhead of the organization with a seal and signature and in the editable.format.

Preferred payment terms - within 60 days from the date of delivery. The participants' counter-proposals for payment are being considered.
It is mandatory to specify the contact details (Full name of the organization, TIN, full name, phone number, e-mail of the responsible person) the validity period of the TAP, delivery time, payment terms, attach confirmation letters specified in the invitation to the tender procedure.
The basis of delivery: the Magadan seaport or the terminal of any transport company in Magadan (at the choice of the supplier).
The contract and specifications are provided solely for the information of the participants. At the stage of submitting price proposals, any formalization of the contract is not required.

This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the procedure are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the procedure.
