Comments:
1) The Participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and possessing the rights of the System Participant.
2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, and any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the deadline for accepting applications without imposing responsibility.
4) If the supplier takes part in the auction, then he agrees, if declared the winner, to conclude a supply agreement according to the standard form of Kordiant OJSC without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a commercial offer indicating: delivery time, payment terms, warranty period and manufacturer.
6) If the tender participant is not the manufacturer of the goods proposed for delivery, and is also not the official representative of the manufacturer of this product, the proposal of this supplier is considered only if the supplier agrees to include in the supply contract penalties in the amount of 100% of the amount of the delivered goods in in case of delivery of non-original goods (goods of another manufacturer).
