Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The buyer makes payment for the received new product in the amount of 100% of the value of the Goods within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the consignment note / consignment note or other document confirming acceptance of the Goods, subject to the absence of quality claims, the quantity, completeness, configuration of the delivered Goods and subject to receipt by the Buyer of the invoice duly executed in the name of the Buyer, the original contract, specifications and shipping documents. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods shall be made within 30 days from the date of transfer to the Buyer of all the above documents.
Delivery terms:DDP with AT. Kuranakh, Aldansky district, RS (I). Delivery within 45 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. (The supplier delivers the goods to the buyer (consignee) at the place of delivery of the goods at his own expense. Shipping cost is included in the price of goods).

Settlements under the contract are carried out using settlement accounts opened by the Parties in JSCB Lanta-Bank (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, a participant in the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner of the "request for proposals" procedure, must, within 5 (five) days from the date of the completion of the request for proposals, open a settlement account in the Lanta-Bank (JSC) for payment purposes under the contract in respect of the conclusion of which the request for proposals was made.

We also draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code, art. 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.

The purchase participant MUST attach a commercial proposal with the signature of the responsible person, on a letterhead. Passport to the goods. The quotation and delivery terms submitted through the ETP functional must correspond to the price and conditions in the commercial offer.

The provision of a package of documents specified in the file "Documentation for the contract" is MANDATORY.
