Payment terms:Payment for the products shall be made by cashless money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account. Payment currency - RUB. Payment terms - the buyer shall make the payment for the supplied products within 60 calendar days from products delivery based on acceptance results, on condition that the Supplier provides original documents confirming the quality of product (products consignment), consignment notes and tax invoices in accordance with the results of acceptance, issued in compliance with the law. The price shall include the cost of delivery.
Delivery terms:delivery time: Until September 15, 2017 The cost of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse shall be included into the products price.
Georeferencing:Russia, Chelyabinsk region, Chelyabinsk, industrial zone of OJSC "CHMK"
Comments:
1. Recommended validity of the offer of not less than 30 calendar days from the day following the day of the end of the call for proposals; 2. Availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the product; 3. The mandatory requirement is loading a quotation for the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the Organization; 4. Participation in the procurement procedure may be contacted for clarification on the specified in the notice and procurement documentation to individuals. Including advice on registering on site, various ways and filing proposals; 5. Please note that this request is not a variant of bid invitation/auction/public offer and does not fall under articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting price request/offer invitation to participate, together with documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the organizer of the procurement procedure; application for participation in the request constitute a potential participant price request/offer. In this case the organizer has no responsibility of a Treaty on its results;
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
