2) Filling in additional information is mandatory.
3) In case of discrepancy between the information specified in the commercial offer and the electronic platform, the information specified on the trading platform is accepted for consideration.
4) The Technical and Commercial Proposal and dimensional drawing is a mandatory investment of each Bidder
5) According to the rules, the offer on the trading platform must be submitted STRICTLY in RUBLES in terms of the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as of 08/29/2023.
6) It is mandatory to indicate the part numbers of the constituent elements (acceptable as an appendix to the main Technical and Commercial Proposal)
