Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.

Payment under the planned contract is not more than 15 working days.
For items 1-107,147.172-173, 175,191-194,204-211,267, delivery of only original products is allowed, according to b) of part 5 of article 5.2.1 of the EEA

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
