Payment terms:
Payment in the amount of 100% shall be made after delivery of the goods to the warehouse of the Buyer within 60 days.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of goods shall be carried out by transport of the Supplier (transport company) to the warehouse of PAO "ChMK". Transportation costs for the delivery of products shall be included in the price of products. Delivery shall be made on conditions of DAP Chelyabinsk. Delivery time: November 2016.
Comments: 1) Be sure to provide the certificate of origin and original passports; supplied products shall be accompanied with the attested quality certificates, issued by the manufacturer for each item, or a single one for the whole consignment. 2) Year of manufacture - 2015; 3) Signing of the standard supply contract and specification of PAO ChMK without the protocol of disagreements (see the attachment); 4) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all offers received incurring no liability.
