The necessary set of documents for signing the contract:
1. Extract from the Egrul
2. A copy of the declaration of Value Added tax (VAT) with the receipt of the reception by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of State. Registration
4. Certificate of Tax Accounting
5. Quality certificate for the goods.
6. Certificate on the status of payments on taxes and fees, dated no more than 30 days for the date of submission.
