Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer undertakes to pay the Supplier money in the amount of 100% (one hundred) of the cost of this batch of goods no later than 15 (fifteen) working days after the delivery of the entire batch of goods and materials.
Delivery terms:1. Prices should be indicated on the terms of delivery (in this case, specify the delivery method), the production of crates should be included in the cost of products (this is a mandatory condition).

2. Specify the time when the products are ready for shipment and the shipping address.

3. Specify the product manufacturer. Specify the relationship to the product. If a dealer or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.

4. Attach the Declaration of Conformity/Certificate for the offered products. When delivered, a passport and a RE must be included with the cargo.

5. Specify the dimensions of each unit of production and the total according to the application (weight, volume).

6. The products must be new, not used. The products must comply with the technical task;

7. When shipping, a packing list must be attached to each cargo place in the form established by the Buyer. Before sending, you must send a photo of each cargo place.

8. The warranty period for the goods and materials must begin to operate at least from the date of receipt of the goods in the port of Magadan. The best option is from the date of receipt of the goods and materials by the customer or from the moment of putting the goods and materials into operation (one of the proposed options is mandatory). Point out.

Criteria for selecting the winner:

1. The lowest transaction cost, taking into account the price on the terms of delivery
2. The period of product readiness for shipment.
3. Approval of the proposed products by the Customer/compliance of technical parameters with the terms of the TOR.
4. The participant's attitude to the product (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Provision of a full package of documents specified in the conditions for the procedure.
