Payment terms:
The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows: 100% postpay billing within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the lot of the goods from the carrier at the buyer's warehouse. Shipping cost is not included in the price of the product, please specify separately in KP. Other terms of payment are considered individually by the agreement of the parties.
Delivery terms:
Supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and on its own to the warehouse of the buyer. Having a passport quality or other document certifying the quality of the goods.
