Comments:
1. The Supplier guarantees the quality and safety of the supplied goods that meet the mandatory requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation for the Goods of the specified type (kind). The Supplier gives a quality guarantee for the supplied goods in accordance with the normative documents confirming the quality, for this type of goods for at least 12 months. During the warranty period, the Supplier undertakes at its own expense to eliminate defects (to replace) the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Each item of goods must be shipped in original packaging (regardless of quantity and frequency), have a passport for the product, a certificate of conformity with valid terms. In the event that certification for the product is not needed, provide a letter of exemption informing that the products are not subject to mandatory certification.
2. It is obligatory to upload a specification (KP) with the cost and delivery time for each item
