Participant shall attach a commercial proposal, executed on the company's letterhead paper and signed by the responsible person, and quality passport and conformity certificate. The quotation submitted via e-marketplace functionality, shall conform with the price stated in the commercial proposal.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
- cost of goods and materials including VAT, including packaging,
- measurement units mentioned in CP must comply with those requested;
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- estimated volume and weight (of the entire consignment);
- delivery method
- cost of delivery
When submitting an application for participation in a request for proposals, it is necessary to attach constituent documents (the list is supported by the documentation).
