Delivery terms:Delivery time: November 2016. Transportation costs for delivery of goods to the warehouse of the consignee shall be paid by the Supplier. Equivalents are not accepted, when submitting commercial proposals with equivalents, you must specify the word "equivalent".

Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade and procurement system "B2B Cordiant" on site http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with established procedure, have the rights of System Participant. 2) All prices in the proposal should include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the value of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier. 3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all submitted proposals without the imposition of liability. 4) If the supplier participates in bidding, he agrees in case of declaring him the winner to conclude a supply contract in the standard form of AO "Cordiant" without protocols of disagreements and make delivery under the conditions specified in the announcement of purchase. 5.
