Payment terms:
Payment is made 100% after delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse within 60 days.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of products is carried out by the transport of the Supplier (transport company) to the warehouse of PJSC "ChMK". Shipping costs are included in the product price. Delivery on DAP terms, Chelyabinsk is possible. Delivery time - 100 calendar days with the right of early delivery.
Comments: 1) Mandatory presence of a certificate of origin, original passports;
With the supplied products, provide certified quality certificates issued by the manufacturer for each item, or one, for the entire batch of goods.
2) Production year - 2020;
3) Signing a supply agreement and specifications in a standard form of PJSC ChMK, without protocols of disagreements (see attachment);
4) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to refuse all received proposals without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants.
5) When choosing a winner, the manufacturer of the products and companies with a dealer certificate have priority.
6) If you are an official representative of a manufacturing company, attach all documents to B2B.
