Transportation costs in bringing the goods to the warehouse of JSC "Cordiant" in Yaroslavl borne by the Supplier.

Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade - procurement system "B2B-Cordiant" http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru on site in accordance with established procedure, have the right participants in the system.
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) If the supplier is involved in the auction, so he agrees in the case of declaring him the winner to conclude the contract for supply of the standard form of "Cordiant" without protocol differences and make delivery on the terms specified in purchase announcement.
5) Supply of products needed exactly according to customer's request. Analogs are not accepted if the vendor offers analogues, you must specify the word "analog" in the offer.
6) Selection of the winner is made for each item separately (popozitsionnaya purchase) on the basis of the minimum price of the position.
