Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:Delivery time is November 2020.
The Supplier shall bear the transportation costs for the delivery of the goods to the warehouse of Kordiant JSC in Yaroslavl.

Comments:
1) The Participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and having the rights of the System Participant.
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) If the supplier participates in the auction, then he agrees, if declared the winner, to conclude a supply agreement according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the supply on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5) Delivery of products is necessary exactly according to the customer's request. Analogs should not be offered, if the supplier offers analogs, it is necessary to indicate the word "analogs" in the commercial proposal.
6) The winner is selected for each item separately (item-by-item purchase) based on the minimum prices for items.
