Comments: The composition of the Commercial Proposal package of documents:
- Scan of the Checklist for the Call for Bidding procedure (only for organizations THAT DO NOT have a valid delivery agreement with PAVLIK JSC),
- Commercial Proposal on the letterhead of your organization. The Commercial Proposal must explicitly state:
1. TIN and full name of the organization, data for communication with the responsible person (tel and e-mail), signature, seal (if available);
2. Offered products: Name, manufacturer's catalog number, factory name and country of manufacture;
3. Terms of payment (NO need to write "agreed additionally", "based on the results of negotiations", ".... or..."), specify the desired terms of payment, respectfully - the payment deadline is 60 c.d. from the date of delivery to Magadan;
4. Delivery time to the Seaport of Magadan, in case of delivery by air, the cost of delivery should be calculated to the point of reception of goods of Pavlik JSC in the Seaport of Magadan, we cannot pick up the cargo from the airport on our own;
5. Warranty period for the offered products;
6. Other essential conditions and characteristics (scans of certificates, etc., if necessary and at your discretion);
7. Be sure to specify what you offer: the original SAT or Equivalent. If you offer an EQUIVALENT, it is necessary in the Commercial Proposal and NECESSARILY in the NOMENCLATURE file, as well as in the form of submitting an offer to b2b, not only to indicate that the EQUIVALENT is offered, BUT also ITS NAME (manufacturer, model/brand/model number)!!!
- The completed file "Nomenclature" (posted in the tender documentation). Do not change the file form, do not delete anything from the file (including blank lines, etc.), fill in the fields marked "yellow". In the EQUIVALENT field, specify the manufacturer's name and the country of manufacture of the equivalent; if you offer original products, specify the "original SAT" and the country of manufacture. In the "Delivery time" field, specify the delivery time to the SEAPORT of MAGADAN (no need to write "in stock in ....), the settlement currency and payment terms in the appropriate fields under the tabular part, attach the completed file in Excel format to the Commercial Proposal .
When filling out a Commercial Proposal on an E-Marketplace, you do not need to write the phrases "Specified in the Commercial Proposal", "According to the Commercial Proposal", etc.
If available, attach a document characterizing the relationship of the Supplier to the Manufacturer (dealer certificate, distributor, etc.), as well as indicate this in the Commercial Proposal!!!

This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the procedure are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the procedure.
