Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Defferal of payment for 60 days from the date of submission of documents (commercial invoice and consignment note)
Delivery terms:Delivery address: Kstovo, Industrial Zone, ICG-VNGS base, delivery time: till September 10, 2016. All shipping costs, packaging and other costs shall be included in the cost of production. Products must be new.

Comments:
1. All questions on the procedure shall be sent using functionality of E-marketplace (requests for clarification). 2. Participants of this procedure shall attach a questionnaire and the documents according to the questionnaire and a file with a scanned copy of the commercial proposal together with proposal (specifying delivery time), signed by the authorized person with seal of the company-participant of this procedure (the form is attached). In case of failure or improper performance of the requirements of the procedure by the participant the organizer reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the participant. Validity of commercial proposal:- at least 30 days. 3. The supplier of products must be the manufacturer or manufacturer's authorized dealer or distributor (supporting documents shall be provided by the participant with a commercial proposal). 4. The cost of production has to be constant for the entire delivery period (written confirmation is required).

Note. This request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057 - 1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby bearing any liabilities towards Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
