- 100% postponement of payment upon delivery of equipment;
- Advance payment in the amount of 500,000 Russian rubles from the cost of the equipment according to your Commercial Proposal, the remaining part upon delivery of the equipment to the address of Omsk Carbon Mogilev LLC;
- 100% irrevocable unconfirmed uncovered letter of credit for the supply of the entire volume of equipment;
- Bank guarantee for the amount of prepayment (___% according to your Commercial Proposal).
