Comments:

- The Participant must submit the signed contract in the Client's editorial office (with attachments), documents confirming the Member's authority to supply the proposed products (certificates) dealer, representative, manufacturer's letters of warranty, etc.)
- Be sure to attach a quote with delivery dates and payment terms.
- This procedure does not constitute a tender or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Buyer has the right to refuse the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting bids without liability.
